Independent holiday home with private pool in the medieval town of Caldana, in the beautiful Maremma countryside. Here you are just 25 km from the beaches of Follonica. The house is surrounded by a fully fenced garden and equipped for outdoor dining, enjoying the marvellous panorama over the hills. In Caldana, we recommend visiting the Cantinoni, large underground cellars connected by passages, or the Mineral Park in Gavorrano. For sports addicts, in the area there is the possibility of practising many activities such as beach volley, beach tennis, sailing and windsurfing. Another popular town on the coast is Castiglione della Pescaia, with breathtaking views over the sea, equipped beaches, shops and good restaurants. 46 km away is the Maremma Natural Park, where you can admire rare flora and fauna. 65 km Piombino with ferries to the island of Elba and other islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
