Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 13th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our Dewey Beach vacation at this cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We used the screened-in front porch every morning and evening, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for my child who has dietary restrictions. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and Jolly Trolley. The dedicated parking spot was very convenient too.

We loved our stay at the beach cottage for our girls weekend! The location by the beach and walkable to restaurants was convenient and the screened in porch was perfect for hanging out for morning coffee, after beach regroup or cocktails. We thought the size was perfect for the 5 of us, and we all agreed the cottage was super cute and had everything we needed! Thanks!

This location was great for our Memorial Day beach weekend. Just steps away from the beach, we were able to enjoy it without having to pile into the car. The Rehoboth boardwalk was also just a short trolley ride away, or you could walk to it on the beach.The cottage was also very clean. Would recommend anyone looking for a simple beach stay!

This is a cut, cozy beach cottage that has an excellent location near the beach. We were four adults and two dogs, and there was plenty of room for all of us.
