We had a very good stay. Nice location very comfortable bed. Theresa, at the club house was very friendly and gave us some good ideas on places to eat and things to do in the area. Beautiful beaches!

This condo is one of our favorite places to stay in Bradenton. Close to the beach, IMG Academy, Bradenton International Airport, many restaurants and shops. It’s clean and as described! Will definitely stay again.

The pools, tennis courts and hot tubs were enjoyable. The grills were also good. The location was good. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was affordable and close to beaches and golf courses.

Great communication from the host throughout the check in process and was very simple and easy. This was a work trip so I didn't use the amenities like the pool (wish I would've gotten the chance), but lovely neighbors and safe location

Philip was a great host. This condo is 20 minutes from Sarasota international airport, 3 minutes from IMG academy and 10 minutes from the beach. There are many shops and supermarkets 2 minutes from the condo. I’ll definitely be staying again

Pros-Location for my needs. Easy check in, nice pool, quiet, responsive and accomodating host. Cons- Kitchen had bugs. Sent lady to spray but she spoke no english and looked in pantry and left without spraying. Bedroom and liv rm blinds were broken so no privacy and light coming in. Couldnt fix so had to move. Next condo wasn't ready. Wasn't the hosts fault though. Stayed a 2nd night and moved third day. Older condos, but I'm from Bradenton so I knew what to expect from older condos. Host was 6 hours ahead in France but still responded when I texted.
