Tucked within the serene grounds of Hayden Lake Country Club, this expansive retreat offers a front-row seat to the beauty of North Idaho. While the home sits along the golf course and enjoys sweeping views of the manicured greens, towering pines, and distant lake shimmer, access to the golf course itself is reserved for private members only.

The home is currently undergoing an extensive renovation and transformation. Once complete, it will offer three spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests. Please note that current photos may not reflect the finished layout, furnishings, or upgraded living spaces, as enhancements are actively in progress. The result will be a refined, updated interior designed to match the elevated setting.

Inside, you'll find over 3,500 square feet of inviting gathering spaces. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and two grand gas fireplaces create warmth and character throughout. The open living areas are designed for connection — long dinners, late-night conversations, and cozy mornings watching wildlife wander across the greens.
The kitchen anchors the home with generous prep space and high-end finishes, perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. The primary suite offers a spa-inspired escape with a soaking tub and oversized shower — a true place to unwind after a day outdoors.

Downstairs provides additional space to relax and entertain, while outside the covered hot tub remains a year-round highlight. Soak beneath the timbered gazebo as deer pass quietly by and the sun sets over the course.

Lovely home with lots of room for entertaining

We enjoyed our stay at the home and all 4 of us were very comfortable. Good sleeping accommodations, everything a family would need to feel at home. The back deck was large with lots of seating and a nice hot tub. The home is well set up for entertaining.

Beautiful spacious home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly want for our stay. This property definitely exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and roomy and had several different cozy areas for gathering together. The hosts did a fantastic job communicating with us. We would definitely choose this location again.

Great location but poorly managed house rental. We were not made aware of cameras on the property before our stay, there was blood on one of the beds, the trash was half full and stinky in the garage upon our arrival, we found many cobwebs inside the house, and the deck is rotting and falling apart.

Amazing!! We wnat to buy a house here now

There were 10 of us- 6 kids, 4 adults and we all absolutely LOVED this place. The house is so much bigger than we thought from the photos, surrounded by the beautiful golf course. Very clean, lots of extra blankets, pillows etc. The host was great and very quick yo respond. The area is absolutely stunning. We love Hayden lake!!! We cant wait to come back!

Close to Silverwood

Our stay was nice. The house is great. Home is really lovely and close to Hayden lake and Silverwood which is where we went. AC was nice all appliances were nice. Hot tub was maintained while we were there so it was clean and warm. The master bathroom is beautiful. Couple maintenance things: There is a bush that needs trimmed to get into the rear garage door without scratching your car. Some bad chairs they said they’d remove and sheets needed a little more care. Overall we had a great stay and really liked the home. Would recommend.

Great location

Great location, great house. The reason I am giving this property 4 stars is because of the state the property was in when we checked in. The floors were dirty and dusty, the kitchen was dirty, there was a foul smell coming from the sink, and upon our discovery noticed a large pan rotting of grease in the oven. I was charged an additional $150 for leaving our used towels in a pile on the floor in the bathrooms and some garbage in the kitchen and garbage cans. So be aware of the extra charges that could incur if you don’t leave the house in tiptop shape, even though it wasn’t in tiptop shape when we checked in.

Family Together Time

We had a great time as a family staying at this Hayden Lake Home! It was nice having room for all 9 of us in one location but also having enough room to not feel so crowded. It was very cost effective considering we’d have to rent 3 rooms if we had stayed in a hotel. Having a roomy kitchen & a nice dining area helped us cook & eat our meals together. We didn’t use the beautiful deck area with the hot tub because it was so hot & smoky outside from the fires in the area. We enjoyed the cool house although for sleeping the temperatures were different upstairs & downstairs - too cool for those downstairs but too warm for those upstairs with no ceiling fan to circulate the air. But we survived. Overall we had a fantastic time!!

Stunning property, impeccably clean, plenty of space to entertain your large party.

Immaculate property. The hosts had thought of it all. The fireplaces were nice for the cool nights. The kitchen was huge and appointed to feed a large party. Plenty of seating whether outside or inside. Lots of room to spread out. The double driveway provides parking for 8+ cars. Cons: Checkin was a bit clunky but we got it figured out once we got in touch with the hosts. We were missing only a burger flipper and garden hose to add water to the hot tub. No big deal and easy to remedy. If you’re looking for a trophy house to relax in style this is it. The proximity to Silverwood, Sandpoint and cda was central and super convenient.

Fantastic House to Stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in this home. The open space for hanging out is incredible and the master suite is a dream. Sitting on the back patio enjoying the peace and quiet of the golf course was so wonderful. The location is close enough to go enjoy the lake or head into CDA for anything. It was fun to show up to a house and be impressed even more than the pictures instead of the other way around. The layout is unique with the whole upstairs being the master and then the two massive living/dinning areas, but absolutely loved it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
