Located in the Sandroc Condominiums complex, this 2BR/2.5BA desert condo offers easy access to shopping and fine dining at El Paseo, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at Indian Wells or Desert Willow Golf Resorts, experience live performances at the McCallum Theatre, or venture out for a hike in the local area. If you prefer to stay close, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub!

The location is terrific, and a very quiet neighborhood. Dustin was responsive when we asked him questions. Most of the updating was adequate. That being said, a few issues stood out. The laundry room was for all the units, and you need to download the app, and then pay in advance for washing and drying. No laundry detergent was available in the unit. The day we arrived it was obvious the disposal was not working. Although I immediately indicated that to Dustin, it took 5 days to get a plumber to come. At that point, we had water backing up in the sink. (At one point he recommended a YouTube video for repair: uh, no thanks.)A few more supplies in the unit would be good too: dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shower soap, T.P.Location great, just needed the unit to be more ready for prime time.

Lovely Condo with a heated pool and excellent location

This beautiful renovated condo is around the corner and walking distance for shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. The heated pool was a bonus and we met very welcoming residents that live in the other condos. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo in a great location!

The condo is in an awesome location, one and half blocks off of El Paseo. The property is exactly as pictured. Furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of supplies for guest use. My family and I have been visiting Palm Desert for years and will absolutely be staying at Dustin and Brianna’s Chic Condo again. The condo was in the perfect location; we could walk to get our morning coffee, lunch at Tommy Bahamas, shopping on El Paseo, and dinner at Agave. Fantastic place in a great location

Second time we stayed here. Everything about this rental is great except for the mattress in the main bedroom. We rolled to the middle, so we slept in the second bedroom which has an outstanding mattress.Screen for the upper veranda was broken the last time we stayed there and is still broken. Only offer these two items for information. We live the place and it’s location and will rent it again
