The kitchen/dining area has a table with chairs, a chest of drawers and a fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher). The shower room with shower and WC is on the ground floor.
Upstairs is a double bed (160x200), a large wardrobe and a second TV.

Situated halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long, wide beaches of fine sand.
The lake is ideal for windsurfing and other water sports in complete safety, with no need to worry about going too far out to sea (ideal for beginners). Welcome to the Île Bleue residence, with its communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September!
