- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- 300 m² private garden surrounding the house
- A south-facing terrace of around 30 m² with garden furniture (table, chairs, outdoor armchairs) to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second north-facing terrace.

The house is ideally located in Ceyreste, about 5 km from the town center, in a green and very pleasant setting. You will have access to all essential shops (bakery, delicatessen, mini-market), as well as boutiques, restaurants, etc.

Activities:
Hiking and cycling from the property, seaside less than 6 miles away (La Ciotat, Cassis, Calanques, etc.), Castellet race track 20 minutes away, close to Toulon and Marseille (about 30 minutes from each city).
