The DTV-certified 2-Zi.-appartement with balcony about 50 square meters, is very friendly modern furnished. The living room is equipped with a comfortable corner couch, as well as a large oval wooden table and 4 counters. Cable TV and a stereo system with CD player are provided. The separate bedroom has a large wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, microwelle with grill, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as sufficient dishes. Attractive new bathroom. Internet free of charge. In the lower floor is a washing machine which you can use by coins. All important things you need to live like baker, bank, post office, supermarkets, excellent gastronomy, as well as university, theater, old town, train station is in the immediate vicinity.
