The well-kept apartment building, in which the apartment is located, is located in a quiet residential street with many well-kept gardens on the upper outskirts of Constance-Wallhausen.
The pretty apartment is ideal for 2 people, modernly furnished, has a small entrance area with wardrobe and wardrobe, a bright combined living room / bedroom (22 sqm) with large double bed, stereo and flat-screen TV, glass front across the entire width and door to Balcony, a separate beautiful kitchen and a modern bathroom with bath / shower and toilet.
The living room / bedroom has a laminate floor.
The kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped. Nespresso machine and coffee machine are available.
A coin-operated washing machine is in the basement.

Der Erholungswert der Umgebung ist sehr hoch. Jedoch ist die Wohnung nur bedingt empfehlenswert, da folgende wesentliche Mängel bzw. Nachteile aufgefallen sind: - Türen sind verzogen, so dass die Schliessung nur mit Nachdruck möglich ist- Sitzmöbel sind unbequem und zum lägeren Sitzen nicht geeignet- es fehlt ein Sofa- Bett wegen Begrenzung von zwei Wänden nur eingeschränkt erreichbar- sperrige Duschwand an der Badewanne verhindert problemlosen Einstieg- Standsicherheit in der Badewanne beim Duschen ist ungenügend, da der gebogene Boden ein Ausrutschen jederzeit fördert.

Unser Aufenthalt in der kleinen Ferienwohnung war wieder einmal erholsam und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Schöner Urlaub am Bodensee.

Die Wohnung war vorzüglich. Im Ort war alles für den einkauf vorhandenen. Die ganze Region Bodensee ist sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Urlaub am Boddnsee

Urlaub in einer schönen Gegend. Wohnen in einer tollen Wohnung mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Der Bodensee und das Strandbad sind schnell zu erreichen. Die kostenlose Busverbindung nach Konstanz ist ideal für einen Stadtbummel. Für Radtouren ist Wallhausen als Standort ideal, um die herrliche Gegend kennenzulernen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst- wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seher gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit schönem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und modernisiert, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wünschenswert wäre noch ein gemütliches Sofa für Regentage gewesen, was aber bei den Platzverhältnissen den Wohnung eher nicht machbar ist. Sonst alles prima!

Schöne Ferienwohnung zum Erholen

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und alles war wie angegeben. Das Geschirr und die Utensilien in der Küche sollten aber nochmals vor Bezug von neuen Bewohnern genauer überprüft werden. In einigen Töpfen waren noch Essensreste. Ansonsten war alles super! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir waren vom 7. bis 13.09.2020 zu einem Kurzurlaub angereist. Meine Partnerin und ich waren wirklich begeistert: wie vereinbart pünktliche Schlüsselübergabe, sehr sauber und zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, erholsame Ruhe, parkähnliches kostenloses Strandbad in der Nähe. Küche für Selbstversorger vollständig eingerechtet. Wir haben einen Urlaub selten so genossen, wie hier, weil für uns einfach alles stimmig war. Werden im nächsten Jahr sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen. Dann für mind. 14 Tage... Vielen Dank für alles! Liebe Grüße Klaus und Susanne
