A veranda and an outdoor courtyard with a griddle and garden furniture.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms: one bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and its own shower room with shower and toilet, a second bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a dressing room, and its own shower room with shower and toilet.
In the basement, there is an office, a TV room with a sofa and access to the outdoor courtyard, a laundry room with a washing machine, a bedroom with two 80cm beds pushed together to make a 160x190cm bed, and a shower room with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
