This vacation home is located in the countryside near Siena, which is only 13 km away.
The house is ideal for a family vacation and for those who want to travel with their four-legged friend. The house is on several levels, two sleeping places are on the sofa bed in the attic.
The fully fenced outdoor area is furnished and well equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. Outside, near the porch in front of the kitchen, there is a room equipped with small hob, second refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
This is the ideal place to relax, but also a strategic location to quickly reach the places of greatest tourist interest: Siena in 13 km, Florence in 80 km and the Tyrrhenian coast in 75 km, without forgetting the Chianti area, the Val d 'Orcia and San Gimignano with their wines and typical local products. If you like shopping, at 60 km, near Valdichiana, you will find a large outlet.

Featured as having a hot tub but it does not work.
And this is a wonderful private residence in the country clean and well-kept the reason we chose it was because it had a hot tub unfortunately when we arrive the owner said that it hadn’t worked. The lead photograph shows the hot tub next to the home very misleading.
