Great stay in a great location! This was our first time visiting the area, and we had our 2 pups with us. The yard was perfect for them, and the location of the home was within minutes of lots of things the town has to offer. Super friendly and personable host and 20/30 minutes from great fly fishing too!
Very nice stay! Hosts are extremely focused on hospitality. We had our little dog with us and pet rules were very reasonable! Walkable to CSU and many restaurants! Would definitely stay again!
This was a wonderful place to stay, super comfortable and clean. Very relaxing and home feeling. The neighborhood is quiet, the hosts are wonderful, and I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Fort Collins! 5 stars!
Such a great experience. Donna and Mike are such great hosts. We were there 2.5 weeks and could not have been more satisfied. Would highly recommend this property.
Donna was very easy to work with and helpful with our last minute lodging needs. She was a pleasure to work with. Mike as well, very friendly and reassuring that parking in the alley was safe. (We had concerns about leaving lots of wedding props in the bed of truck overnight) Every room was clean. It has a cute outdoor small patio area and a nice size yard if you have visitors. Highly recommend.
This was our second stay and it was just as great as the first! This time we brought our dog, and we loved that the home is pet-friendly with an amazing yard for her to run around in. Such a comfortable, welcoming spot—we’ll definitely be back again!
Our trip to Fort Collins was great and this guest house was the perfect location. Owners were also very kind and accommodating! They had great local insight.
We stayed here for our wedding weekend, including getting ready photos here. Donna was so sweet and brought us flowers and mimosas, she was so accommodating for us having people coming and going throughout the day!
Great little place neat campus! It's perfect for anyone visiting students at CSU. It's within walking distance of campus, restaurants and grocery stores. The owners have everything you would need for your stay.
We enjoyed staying there and that it included a fenced yard. That was great for our dog. The only issue that was a little difficult was that there was one bathroom and it was in the second bedroom. So you had to walk through the living room, kitchen, dining room and second bedroom in order to use the restroom at night. The only other issue I saw was that the sink and bathtub did not drain properly and that is easy to fix. Otherwise we would stay there again. Our dog gave it 5 stars too! Thank you Donna Smevog
This was a great stay for our family during a work trip. Great WiFi, close park and trail for dog walks, and very comfortable house. Donna is a great host and keeps the place well stocked.
