The 2 detached houses and a two-storey house with 2 holiday apartments are located one behind another and slightly offset, with a distance of approx. 10 m between each other. The houses are located just above the fine and extensive beach of Peroulia, in a slight hillside situation.
The simply furnished holiday apartment SPOURGITIS 4 is on the upper floor of the two-storey house, behind the holiday house SPOURGITIS 2 and in a row with the holiday house SPOURGITIS 1. A separate entrance is via an external staircase at the back. The holiday apartment is modestly furnished. The bedroom and the bath are adjoining to the kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the roofed terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape up to the opposite coast and the Taygetos mountains.
The extensive sandy beach of Peroulia with sunbeds and parasols is in walking distance and invites you to bath and relax.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.
