Nice stay, but not without hiccups
We had great communication leading up to the stay. We got the gate code and unit code the day before arrival. When we arrived the unit door did not have a code for us to enter. Upon calling the contact number it was determined they gave us the wrong unit number (103 vs 301). We were glad we hadn't tried to code into someone else's unit! The code they gave us didn't work and another call was needed. They were prompt in helping us. The place was clean, the shower tile could use a decent scrub though. The unit was missing a hair dryer, the complex key card (to access the game room, workout facility, and pools) along with the main tv was not registering. After being asked to "double check" the unit for these items, the onsite property management took care of the missing items. The key card became crucial in accessing the main gate. The gate code appears to dial someone and they open the gate. When we returned on several occasions the code sent us to a voicemail and therefore we had to wait for another guest/resident to let us in.
The location was fine, the pool was nice. We enjoyed the game room.
