Lakefront 3BR 2BA Condo on Lake Martin! Perfect for your family!

Enjoy this gorgeous Lake Martin view from our spacious balcony, which includes a fireplace, comfortable patio seating, dining for 6 and a 50in smart TV. A great place to relax and enjoy the waterfront view and the incredible sunsets.

Inside you will find a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom/2 bath condo with an updated kitchen, along with a coffee bar. The large private main bedroom includes a plush king bed, tray ceiling, cozy seating, and a TV. The newly renovated en suite has two sinks, shower and a separate toilet. There is also access to the balcony form the main bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and has a breakfast bar with four stools, and updated appliances. The second beautifully decorated bedroom has a queen bed, while the cute third bedroom has two twin beds. Both are close to the 2nd full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo. The open floor plan living room is just off the kitchen and features plenty of comfortable seating, TV, fireplace, tasteful decor along with access to the cozy balcony. Perfect for your family!

The condo is located in the much sought after gated Stillwaters community. A private pool is just steps away, which features a waterfall and a slide. Our boat slip is also available for use and is conveniently located steps from the property. The Marina minutes down the street is a great place to either rent a boat or launch your own. This Marina includes a bar/restaurant and a convenience store for food/beverages and any boating needs. Stillwaters also features, an 18 hole championship course, a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner as well as features live music on weekends throughout the summer. Tennis courts and playgrounds are located near the condo. Stillwaters offers something for everyone!

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Martin. The condo was in a great location with great views of the sunset. We really appreciated the extra large balcony with a gas grill, the elevator, and the availability of rolling carts for luggage. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely return.
