Overall, good price for what we got. Would have preferred a direct contact with the host vs. very delayed email as only form of communication.

This guest left pet stains on the newly cleaned carpet and never responded at all when I asked about them, so his communication could have been more timely as well. Only one message of his received a delayed response;-- the other ten were almost immediate. BTW, had to re-clean the carpet.
