It is located 15 minutes walking from Montparnasse station and 10 minutes walking from the famous Parisian street with the most theaters, rue de la Gaïté.



The location is perfect, in the center of Paris, 15 minutes by metro from the main tourist centers such as the Louvre, the Marais, the Eiffel Tower, etc...



The workshop is located on the ground floor of a typically Parisian building, with a private entrance in the inner courtyard of the building.

Upon entering, you will find the living room with its dining area and open kitchen.

1 bathroom with WC completes the living room.

There are 2 parental mini-suites, each with its own private bathroom.



Each room has a mobile air conditioning unit, as well as the living room.
