The bunk house features a living room/dining area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area, and a porch. The property has a nice size yard with a fire pit. A very short walk to a sandy beach on Sebago Lake. There is also access to a dock for loading and unloading and a mooring.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend so we were quite busy away from the house. I can just imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here and enjoy the lake, restaurants, and area. Eric, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful!

My stay was great , I got to meet my son In-law who’s very very nice i love him , my daughter is happy and that makes me happy , so I think this will be a regular thing every year with my family.

Son's Wedding

10 members of my family stayed here for my son's wedding. Great location and clean. Nice yard with fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. The only set back is that the cottage did not have any closets or a place to hang clothes.

Great location and home

A lovely home, clean and well kept. Note that you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Also, we were not given check-in information before our arrival--we had to ask for it, both with a message through the portal and a phone call. Beds are comfortable. Clean, fun, Sebago Lake is steps away, and on an early morning walk I watched a scenic view of loons swimming.

Great place right near lake sebago. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. Overall, the cleanliness could’ve been approved upon. The cleaners in between stays didn’t move rugs or anything to clean underneath and there were a lot of expired goods in the cabinets. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The upstairs room that had a queen and twin were technically an attic, and small kids wouldn’t be able to safely go up and down the stairs to get into that area. Overall, it was a cute place to stay in that fit our needs.

This cottage was perfect for two families vacationing together. Having thoughtful extras on hand, such as board games, laundry detergent, and cooking spices made our stay even more enjoyable. The fenced in yard was a wonderful bonus, and the cottage’s close proximity to the lake made it easy and convenient for younger children to walk there. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. I would especially recommend this property for families with children ages 10 and over. The kids’ bedroom and game room are located in an attic style space with a latched door entry in the floor, which may be a bit challenging for younger children to access safely. We had a lovely stay!

Eleven of us, including 3 young kids, had a great time at Eric's house in July-August, 2026. The beach and access to it is great and the water is pretty calm most of the time - it's great for kayaks and paddleboards. We enjoyed the yard, the gazebo, the fire pit and the nice cottage, where a set of parents and kids stayed. The house easily supported all of us - we particularly enjoyed eating and playing games on the enclosed porch and the breakfast nook. The kiychen is large, well-stocked and supported heavy traffic and multiple cooks. We opted for the linens and towels and were very satisfied.Thanks to Eric and his team for the great support during the week.
