Welcome to VILLA SYLVA:

This villa benefits from a large outdoor space of approximately 1,500 m², with a private saltwater swimming pool (5 x 3 m) and a lovely terrace featuring a shaded outdoor dining area and a gas plancha, perfect for enjoying sunny days and sharing meals with family or friends.

The villa offers parking for at least two vehicles within the property, as well as additional parking spaces in front of the gate.

On the main level, a living / dining area with ceiling fan, open to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, gas range cooker with two electric ovens, combined refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker…

On a half-level, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms:
One bedroom with bunk beds
One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and storage
One bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and storage
A bathroom with both shower and bathtub, as well as a separate WC, complete this level.

On the garden level, you will find an additional space including:
One bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a desk area
A games room with table football
A separate WC
A laundry room with access to the outside
