About this property

Quietly located vacation apartment - Only a few steps to the sea

Welcome to our Sunny apartment, which we have furnished with love. We want you to feel as comfortable with us as we do. Our approximately 67m ² apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. Floor-to-ceiling windows, which are of course all equipped with electric roller shutters and some insect screens (both bedrooms and living room), ensure that the rooms are flooded with light.
In the bright living room you will find a sofa corner that invites you to relax and unwind. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system incl. DVD player and a selection of games and books.
The large separate kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to linger with a small breakfast nook. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Philipps filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and numerous cooking utensils help prepare meals.
In the first bedroom you will find a double bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Hasena bunk bed, a chest of drawers and a desk,
The bathroom with granite vanity, a bathtub and a towel radiator. Here you will also find a washing machine that is available free of charge.
Our apartment has two beautiful terraces, which are equipped with a beach chair and garden furniture depending on the season. While you are having breakfast on one terrace when the sun is shining, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on the other terrace. The garden can be used with pleasure.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels or book our linen packages.

Es war ok. Die Lage ist etwas einsam. Man Brauch immer ein Auto oder Fahrrad. Ich würde die Wanne in eine Dusche umfunktionieren für ältere Leute war es schwer zu duschen. Und die Betten müssten mal neu gemacht werden, man fiel wie in eine Kuhle und es quietschte bei jeden drehen.

Schöne Wohnung, kurzer Aufenthalt

Wir waren übers Wochenende zu Gast und haben uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Der Kontakt vorab mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und auch direkt vor Ort wurden wir herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Praktisch ist die Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse an zwei Seiten des Hauses. So kann man wahlweise in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen. Der Strandkorb lädt zum Ausspannen und Lesen ein. Der Ostseestrand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht und auch zur Seebrücke und Promenade kann man in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß gehen, so dass das Auto auf dem Stellplatz vor der Tür geparkt bleiben kann. Aufgefallen ist uns, dass die Internetverbindung sehr langsam ist und dass die Rollläden mal überprüft werden sollten, da sie teilweise nicht ganz nach unten oder oben fahren.

Wir waren im März eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie im Angebot beschrieben. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Fam. Bulian/Zausch. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Objekt liegt im Ortsteil Redewisch, 10 Min. bis zur Steilküste und ca. 1 Km vom Zentrum von Boltenhagen entfernt.

Schöne kleine Wohnung für Kurztrips und auch längere Aufenthalte .

Gastgeber super , Unterkunft super , Umgebung super nur das in der Wohnung anliegende Internet ist nicht zu gebrauche . Eine Whatsapp oder Email zu schreiben geht aber alles andere ist nicht möglich also wer mit der aktuellen Leitung denkt er könnte am Abend noch ein wenig Netflix oder so schauen der wird enttäuscht . Das ist aber auch alles was man bemängeln kann ansonsten für den Preis völlig ok .

Sehr netter Empfang und tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannend. Die sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung lag in einer Nebenstraße und es war dadurch sehr ruhig. Perfekt war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Außerdem gab es einen prima Tipp zum Parken in Boltenhagen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nah an der Steilküste und das Zentrum von Boltenhagen ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Merkle empfangen und sie hat uns alles genau erklärt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und sehr sauber. 3 Fahrräder (1 Herren & 2 Damen Räder) gehören auch mit zur Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben!

Tolle Wohnung-Nur zu empfehlen-Jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden, hier merkt man das jemand sich Gedanken gemacht hat was ein Gast so alles benötigt. Die Küche + das Zubehör qualitativ TOP!. Kleiner Wunsch = Da die Wohnung für 4 Leute ausgelegt ist, wäre etwas mehr Geschirr (Tassen + Frühstücksteller) wünschenswert. Dann könnte man auch die Spülmaschine vollmachen bevor man sie nutzt. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist auch sehr gut. Toll auch das sehr viele Kleiderbügel vorhanden sind. Insgesamt sehr viel Stauraum. An (fast) jeder Tür ein gutes Fliegengitter. Außer an der Küchentür zur Terrasse... warum da keines ist = ? Das sollte man noch nachrüsten. Super das der Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung ist. Die Wohnungsübergabe war problemlos dank Frau Merkle.

Eine Steigerung ist möglich

Die Geschirrspülmaschine war nur oberflächlich sauber. Beim Öffnen der Klappe waren starke Schmutzanhaftungen an den Rändern zu erkennen. In einem Küchenschrank befanden sich 2 kleine Glasschalen mit (vermutlich) Schimmelspuren. Einige Griffe in der Küche waren klebrig. In der Toilettenschüssel war ein großer brauner Fleck (dort wo das Wasser raus kommt). Spinnenweben in einigen Ecken ist wahrscheinlich bei einer Erdgeschosswohnung normal. Wir hatten den Eindruck das die Wohnung längere Zeit nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt wurde. Wofür werden 70,00 € für die Endreinigung bezahlt?? Der Kontakt mit Frau Merkle war sehr angenehm. Zu Ihrer Überraschung hat sie erst durch uns einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft die Info über unseren bevorstehenden Urlaubsbeginn erhalten.

Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Ins Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten. Wir hatten Hunde dabei, dafür ist die Lage und die Wohnung top. Ausstattung in der Wohnung sehr gut.
