Carol's place is a perfect hideaway very close to downtown. It has all the amenities you need for a full-service stay, and far enough off the street to be quiet and private. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Carol!

Just loved staying here! It was nice and cozy after a long day of hiking. So convenient to many cool places in Brevard! one of our favorite places to escape to the mountains and would definitely love to stay here again!

PERFECT! Walkable to downtown and numerous restaurants. Very close to Pisgah National Forest, Blue Ridge,and waterfalls.Very comfortable. Beds very comfy. Screened in porch very nice for relaxing in the evening and morning coffee. Everything we needed. Carol was the perfect host. If in Brevard again will definitely stay here!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cottage. The small house with its charming garden was within an easy drive to downtown Brevard and surrounding areas. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen and we were able to prepare our dinners before enjoying evening concerts at the Brevard Music Center.Carol's cottage was a relaxing place to spend six days in a beautiful area of North Carolina.

I was in Brevard for a concert. This VRBO is 2 miles ftom Brevard Music center. The Pisgah forest is very close for hiking and waterfalls.Amenities are as stated. Highly recommend using Carol's establishment. Lovely gardens and places for the kids to play.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing- around the corner from downtown! The access to the backyard and play area was so nice for the children. And Carol and her family were a delight! We will be back!

The property is located in a lovely neighborhood and is walkable to town. We found the house super clean and supplied with everything that we needed. Brevard is a wonderful town to visit close to Asheville and other quaint towns. We chose to visit during the White Squirrel Festival and while at Carol's place we caught sight of our first white squirrel! We highly recommend staying at this comfy home and we certainly hope to stay again on a future visit.
