Llandudno is the quietest and most beautiful suburb of Cape Town. Our beautiful and cozy new house (since Feb. 2018) is only 150 meters from the beach overlooking the ocean and the beautiful sunsets.
The open living and dining area with kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounge areas is lovingly maintained by our housekeeper.
The pool invites you to swim and there are various lounges in the outdoor area for chilling. Luxury and comfort from its most beautiful side!

Great Place, Fantastic Stay.

The property is just great. Loved the location. The neighborhood is secure and quite. Close to great vineyards and Cape Town but far enough away to be a retreat. Plenty of space so our family of four could have room to our selves but also fun spaces to have time together. Owner was responsive, helpful and flexible where she could be. Thanks again, we will check to see if this property is available on our next trip to the Cape!

Solo Traveller / Business-Leisure Combo

Excellent peaceful setting to reside! I was combining both business and leisure and the internet connection was superb and reliable. Elizabeth, the live-in Housekeeper welcomes you onto the premises and shows you around and from thereon your stay is blissful with a very easy couple of minutes walk to and from the beach! A welcome bottle of wine settles you in on your first evening sundowner on the patio! Fantastic would rebook again!

Wunderschönes Haus an Traumlage

Wir haben vier Wochen mit Baby und 3.5-jährigem Sohn in diesem Traumhaus in Llandudno verbracht. Das Hus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel lokalem Handwerk und Kunst. Die Betten sind super bequem und aus jedem Schlafzimmer hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die unglaublich schönen Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Elisabeth hat uns vor Ort sehr liebevoll umsorgt und das Haus und den Garten/Pool perfekt unterhalten, so dass wir jeden Tag baden konnten. Maja hat uns zudem mit vielen nützlichen Tips versorgt und sich stets nach unserem Wohl erkundigt. Der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und perfekt, um Sandburgen zu bauen, zu spazieren oder zu surfen (kein Anfängerstrand). Von der Terrasse des Hauses konnten wir sogar Wale draussen vor der Bucht beobachten. In der kleinen Bucht konnten wir zudem Fischotter und Seelöwen beim Jagen beobachten. Auch sonst ist das Haus ein perfekter Ort um Kapstadt, das Kap und die umliegenden Weingebiete und Küstenörtchen zu erkunden. Wir haben einen unvergessliche Zeit verbringen dürfen und können dieses Haus und ihre tollen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Edelstein in Llandudno Beach

Wir waren eine Woche im Robinson Beach House in Llandudno in der Nähe von Kapstadt. Unsere Vermieterin Maja ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit, absolut professionell und sehr bemüht, daß sich ihre Gäste immer wohl fühlen. Schon im Vorfeld erhielten wir von ihr zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wir müssen sagen, es waren wirklich die besten Empfehlungen für uns. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön, liegt nur wenige Laufminuten von der wunderbaren Llandudno-Beach entfernt, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts in der Ausstattung, alles ist hervorragend. Die gute Seele im Haus ist Elizabeth, die für eine perfekte Sauberkeit sorgt und immer eine nette Ansprechpartnerin bei jeglichen Fragen ist. Paradise on the Mountain

Our stay at this property in Llandudno was nothing short of tranquil and Magical. Maja was amazing throughout the entire process as well of Elizabeth the house manager. The home is situated in a beautiful location with amazing is of The ocean. Our family of 52 adults and 3 children ages 79 and 11 had plenty of space and areas to relax and enjoy our vacation from the comfort of his home. Our favorite family spot was the lounge area on a first for that has a fireplace and TV. It was very comfortable, and we spent many hours there as a family. This house is beautifully decorated with art comfortable furniture and beautiful yet simple designs for the furniture. The seating and bedding is 2nd to none. Each of the beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with towels and anything you might need the kitchen had every appliance but we could ask for a was very spacious. There were plenty of seating options for dining as well as rest and relaxation. Aside from the awesome family lounge couch, the other a favorite space for a my children was the pool. The beach was a short walk 5 minutes or less down a Hill to an amazing view and experience. There is sand castle building and anything else you can think of to do with the beach available. Maja and Elizabeth were available to answer all of our questions, and both of them were especially helpful in helping us navigate a medical emergency when my daughter had an allergic reaction. Llandudno is a beautiful and very safe suburb. We named it the Beverly Hills of Cape Town. There is only one way in/out, and there is security throughout the area. The home itself is also very well protected. We had such a tremendous experience, that we met with a realtor to begin our search for a home in Cape Town, and hopefully in Llandudno! We are looking forward to our next trip there and being able to stay in this home again. Our hosts were amazing, and I now consider them friends! This is the best home in Cape Town! Thank you for a wonderful experience Maja!

Maja is an exceptional host and the house is very comfortable. The location is also perfect for enjoying Cape Town as well as a beach holiday. I wish we had booked for two weeks instead of one!

Einfach Wunderschön

Nach einer Rundreise an der Garden-Route haben wir uns mit unseren Kindern in dem wunderschönen Haus in Llandudno getroffen. Hier haben wir wundervolle zehn Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet und hat einen ausserordentlichen Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Haushälterin Elizabeth und ihr Mann sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Durch ihre freundliche Art hat sie dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus hat einen idealen und ruhigen Standort. Der schöne Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist unglaublich schön. Die ungezwungene und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Maja, hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir gerne wieder kommen würden. An incredible house, with great taste, full-equipment and lots of lovely details that make you feel so comfortable. Everything smells so well! We spent five days with our three daughters and we couldn’t have been more happy. Elizabeth, the hostess, is warm and caring. We really hope to come back!

Ein wunderschönes und ansprechendes Haus am Meer.

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Elizabeth und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzliche begrüßt. Sie haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns das Haus zu zeigen und alles zu erklären. Vor allem der Umgang mit einer Alarmanlage war sehr neu für uns. Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Badehandtüchern über Picknickutensilien bis hin zu Zeitschriften und Büchern war alles da. Meine Frau hat am liebsten draußen auf der tollen Couch gelegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr harmonisch. Das Haus strahlt eine ganze besondere Energie aus. Ein schöner Platz um Ruhe zu finden und Energie zu tanken. Aber auch sehr gut gelegen um alles rund um Kapstadt zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

My name is Maja. We have been to South Africa several times every year since 2011 and have fallen in love with the country and its people. After somany years of searching, we finally found a beautiful beach house in LLandudno. We are very happy about it and want to share this.
I look forward to nice contacts and are always available for further tips concerning South Africa.

Why they chose this property

At our high-quality 350 m² beach house you will not miss anything for a relaxing holiday. The living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are very generously sized and invite you to rest in the two lounge areas.
There are 3 bedrooms overlooking the sea and two bathrooms upstairs. Another bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor.
Our Robinson Beach house is completely new and very high quality furnished and secured with a modern alarm system. There is Wi-Fi all over the house and can use the premium TV package on the two television sets. Or just grab one of the books or games that are available in the house.
Our reliable, loving and quiet housekeeper Elizabeth makes sure that every day (Monday - Friday) the house is cleaned inside and out and she is available for questions or babysitting (extra costs).

What makes this property unique

The dreamy coastal town of Llandudno is one of Cape Town's most expensive and beautiful suburbs, 15 min. from the city center and 5 min. from Hout Bay. To Llandundo belong approx. 280 houses with the table moutain (12 Aposteles) in the back and a nice sea view. Llandundo is also famous for some international celebrities. The neat and quiet beach is located between two granite rocks. Families and surfers get their money's worth. Seals and dolphins are found in this region and often show the water sports enthusiasts who the true master in surfing is.
Llandudno offers pure idyll. You should definitely enjoy a picnic on the beach. Especially recommended is the shimmering red sunset, when the sun disappears behind the horizon of the Atlantic.
