The Bonheur studio has an independent parking space facing its private terrace.

Located very close to Annecy, its location in a quiet and natural environment will allow you to avoid the problems and cost of urban parking as well as the nocturnal noise pollution that is recurrent in tourist city centers.
You will enjoy the singing of the birds when you wake up in the morning.

Ideal for lovers of nature, walks, hiking, mountains, swimming (Lake Annecy and small rivers), mountain biking and for people wishing to visit the many tourist and cultural sites of the region.

For 2 people possible with child (travel cot on loan with mattress for 5€) located on the first floor of a villa with independent entrance and not overlooked, in the countryside, in a protected green area and with panoramic views of the Alps mountains in a peaceful and green environment.

- Secure payment by bank transfer with a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and the balance the day before arrival.

We are 1.4 kilometers from the center of Poisy, the Marny bus stop "le 22" is 300 m from the studio.

Different buses pass through the center of Poisy to reach Annecy, Epagny...
Annecy is 14km away (15 to 20 min by bus and car), same distance to Annecy train station.
Epagny shopping center is 4km away.

Annecy train station 15 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bus.

The studio has just been finished, the current terrace covering remains to be finished and the purchase of a connected TV.
The studio currently does not have a television but wifi to connect you with your phone, tablet and computer.

Days, times, places 🌸

Annecy Animation Festival from 21 to 27 June 2026. An important event for the moving image, the Annecy International Animation Film Festival offers an official selection with a panel of animated films, free screenings on a giant screen on the paquier in particular! Accessible by bus and car 20 minutes from Poisy.

Venetian Carnival from February 27 to March 1. Followed by children's carnivals with parade, street artists, batoukada in March.

Lake festival on the first Saturday of August, the bay of Albigny becomes the enchanting setting for the largest fireworks show in Europe!

The descent of the mountain pastures at the beginning of October throughout the city of Annecy, is a great traditional and folkloric festival with these tastings of local products as well as a parade of animals.

The Saint André fair which takes place on the 1st Tuesday of December, considered one of the largest markets in the region is a traditional fair bringing together these traders over more than 5 km of stalls. Come and hunt for your bargains!
