Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac only 5 mins from I-75 and 10 mins from UTC Mall with with exceptional dining experiences.

This is a wonderful rental in a peaceful setting with an attentive host. Everything is exactly as it looks in the pictures; there were no surprises upon arrival besides a lovely vase of fresh flowers. The AC, internet, and everything else worked extremely well. We spent three weeks working from this rental and it met our needs perfectly. The kayaking along the river is fantastic and there is a LOT of wildlife around - we saw gators swim by every day even without kayaking.
