The resort can be more updated. It would be helpful if there was a grocery/market near by. It is impossible to get around if you don’t rent a car. The halls of the resort were very old. The agency did respond very promptly to all my questions. We had a late flight that day and there was No storage at all in the resort if you need to leave it for a couple of hours the luggage after checking out.

Hi, you did have tram cards in the unit to take you anywhere on the resort. There was a Publix nearby also where the tram could drop you off nearby. Storage is the responsibility of the guest and not the management company. Not sure if you asked but the UPS would store luggage for a fee. The resort is closing down for four months for renovation also. Sorry you rated this so low but none of these problems had anything to do with the room you booked and the room provided transportation with the tram cards.

The property needed a broom, toilet bowl brush and the light didn’t work on the balcony. It would have been nice if there was an ice maker. A grab bar In the shower would be great.

Anniversary trip
