The location is hard to beat. It’s so beautiful to look out on Peconic Bay. There are deer running all around and it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Great location, beautiful view!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The house has a fantastic view, plenty of space to spread out, and is walking distance to Wades beach. Jane was attentive and easy to work with, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Magical stay

We came in the Spring...the weather was perfect. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed... kitchen particularly is new and spectacular...private bedrooms yet open floor plan in living area allowed for both privacy and time together... amazing property with huge yard and right on beach... could not have asked for anything more and definitely hope to return !

Picture perfect

This house is amazing for an extended family vacation. With 5 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a great outdoor shower and changing area. Two living room areas, a kitchen table, dinning table and game table. Lots of books and movies for a rainy day. A fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels and my, favorite cloth napkins. And a beverage fridge! Add to this a perfect view of the water. Your own Private beach. Plenty of beach chairs,umbells, and 3 kayak. I don't know how it could get any better. Jane the host was quick to answer any questions and take care of the one small issue we had. I was born on this Island and since I have moved away,I have come to visit many times. I would say this is by far the best house I have ever stayed in. With the stunning views and huge spaces in the house it was a great stay. We'll be back next year.
