Quiet and tranquil area with amazing sunrises for morning coffee. Property is very clean and maintained, neighbors are friendly but respectful, and access to unit is easy in and easy out. Unit is at a great location, easily walkable to downtown Charlevoix.

Great rental unit that was exactly as presented. The unit was beyond expectations, so well stocked with anything you could ever need during your stay. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, this place had it all. Not to mention a view of the lake and marina that was spectacular. Sunrises were Beautiful. Communications with the host was great. Scott was always available via text or call. Can't wait till next year. Dave H

Charlevoix the beautiful !

Charlevoix Outing

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the condo. Great weather. Always something to see and excellent places to eat. I love watching the boats. Easy walks around the property and public beach. Downtown has a farmers market on Thursday that my wife and mother in law enjoy going to. The condo has two very nice bedrooms.

Fall getaway with Mom

Rented this place because it was close to downtown Charlevoix and it was on the first floor. Went with my wife and my 92 yr old mother in law. Mom liked the place so it has to be good. Weather was fantastic for the end of September. Shorts weather. Places to eat are plentiful and our choices were all great.
