This lovely villa sits in a fenced compound in a residential area and is a haven of peace and silence. Furniture is nice and cosy, bathroom and the two separate toilet rooms are well maintained, kitchen area is well equipped and functional. Air conditioning is perfectly working and silent in all rooms and living room. The garden is nice, fresh and private, no problems with neighboring properties. The three bedrooms at the first floor offer large cabinets and wardrobes, beds are very comfortable.Seaside is not far away, below 15 minutes ride by car and beaches are very nice, although crowded in August. Shops, restaurants, services are reasonably close. A place to return to, it has left a sensation of "Home" in all of us.
