When you're not outside enjoying paradise, you have a kitchenette where you can whip up some great meals, a bathroom with shower, a smartTV, high speed Wi-Fi and a queen size bed. Laundry washer and dryer available (Requires Quarters).

We had a very nice time at the facility obviously your pictures are not giving you guys the satisfaction you should get you did a great job there are some things that need to be fixed but other than that it was great

Diamond in the Ruff

This property is the best one in the area. Appears to be lower income area with multigenerational families or lots of friends living together. I walked back to the property after sunset and the neighbors I encountered were all friendly. This property has most everything you need except it has a screened only window in the bathroom. Unsure about that one. Especially for security and mildew concerns, which I saw none!

My Kailua - Kona (Big Island experience)

I was very satisfied with my stay in this accommodation. The hostess is very friendly and available. She provided me with everything I needed and more. The location is great, as you are in close proximity to the sea, as well as to the Ali'i drive. If you don't have your own car, you can use the free Kona Trolley. It is so fun. The location is very peaceful and apartment has everything that you need. I also made great connections with the people who were staying there at the same time. I could watch beautiful sunsets from my room every evening. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying here.

Clean little unit but with caveat

The unit is very clean. It is well supplied. It is one of 4 units in a residential area. My biggest issue is with noise and security. It is known to be noisy apparently as the management was kind enough to have a couple sets of ear plugs by the bedside. I could hear every conversation through the walls of the unit. Every step next door and every time they peed they slammed the toilet lid down. The entry door to our unit is a thin improvised hollow core interior door. It could be kicked in with ease. In short… a clean little unit that is well stocked but you won’t like it if security and quiet is important to you
