Welcome to URBAN RIVIERA, a beautiful south-east facing flat, ideally situated just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Avenue Jean Médecin.
The property opens onto an entrance hall with a fully fitted kitchen. You will then find a bright and spacious living room, featuring a lounge area with a sofa and a dining area with a dining table, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The living room and one of the bedrooms open onto a balcony. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The flat has three comfortable bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and a third with two single beds. Storage space is also available.
The elegant and functional bathroom is fitted with a bath and toilet. A separate toilet completes the layout for added convenience.
