You will enjoy a luxurious stay in this newly-renovated 1890 era building —charm of the historic with modern conveniences. Our second floor loft is beautifully decorated in bohemian style with two large bedrooms (one with full bath and clawfoot tub) off a large hallway/office which leads to a big kitchen/dining/living area, sunroom/reading nook and second full bath with shower. The loft is on the second floor above La Trattoria Italian restaurant. The charming, historic town of Winchester has antiques, arts, boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. Winchester is home to Abettor brewery, Wildcat Willies distillery, wineries and coffee shops. Events are scheduled thru the Summer including the famous Beer Cheese Festival in June, Farmer's Market in Summer and Pioneer Festival in Sept. It is a short drive to Lexington, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, Historic Fort Boonesborough, Mary Todd Lincoln House and other historic sites. The Red River Gorge and many state parks, hiking and kayaking areas are in the area. Enjoy other small towns including Richmond, Georgetown and Paris. Winchester is located off I-64 and 15 minutes from I-75.

The Perfect Weekend

What a pleasure!!

My friend and I chose Winchester because it was just the two of us and I felt very comfortable about the location! We were so pleasantly surprised at the uniqueness of the decorations and total comfort of this apartment!! The beds were so comfortable, the showers were huge and spotless, and the kitchen and open living areas were new and beautifully furnished. Fantastic loft

The loft is well decorated and Peggy provides a ton of amenities, in case you forget to bring some items. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped to whip up a meal. We had a wonderful stay.
