Very nice apartment but short on amenities

Very nice apartment but short on the quality of linens, threadbare towels and low quality pillows. Any VRBO property should have a coffee maker. These things matter, otherwise the apartment is nice.

Clean but not a lot of love put into the space.

The space was clean, however there were some basics like: no light bulbs in the bedroom lamps, no back up toilette paper (we had buy our own), no laundry detergent. There is very little love put into the space. It looks like it was thrown together super fast. Towels were worn, super old and outdated blankets, no flat sheets for under the blanket, holes in the blanket, mattress was super uncomfortable. If you just spent a little time and money on the above, it would be worth it. Overall I would say it was fair and could use more tlc.

Convenient and enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to several great restaurants, the trolley and a bus stop. The communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Not accurate

States sleeps six adults. No where does it show in description that a person needs to sleep on a couch. It wasn’t a pull out couch. We are all tall people. Pictures of the place shows seating area outside. There was none. The grass needed mowing. Not enough pillows The ones provided were extremely flat I asked if they had a keurig. Owner replied no, but she had a tea kettle. So I brought my own and tea bags. Unfortunately, she had no mugs. Had to buy my own. There is no street parking, residents only. Received two parking tickets. $30 each. I had to send my daughter and her boyfriend to a hotel because there wasn’t enough comfortable sleeping arrangements. Maybe the couch is ok for a child but not adult. Because of that I had to pay $ 500 additional. I am very disappointed.
