You may never want to leave this beautiful beachfront retreat. This contemporary, newly furnished, three-story home on the boardwalk at 35th Street has postcard full ocean views. Five stunning bedrooms, one being on the third floor with a private bathroom.

The open concept living area with a beautiful fireplace to warm the room in winter months and on cool summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, features stainless appliances. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The laundry room has plenty of room for doing laundry.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed with stunning ocean front views and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom.

The outdoor space becomes an extension of your living space. The rooftop deck has table chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs! The house also includes a 2 car garage. If you have large SUVs or trucks only 1 car may fit. Additional street parking is available but can be challenging sometimes being at the beach.

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several local's favorite eateries. Lido Marina Village with high-end and casual restaurants and boutiques is a quick walk away. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. This location is perfect for families looking to explore the area and enjoy the beach!

The host was welcoming and helpful at check-in. The property is beautiful, well furnished and had great amenities. We loved having beach toys to play with, easy access to the beach and boardwalk and a wonderful home to relax in and enjoy. The main concern was that the elevator was not functioning which was a main driver for the selection of the home with my father-in-laws limited mobility and room on the 3rd floor. Through many conversations back and forth over multiple days, service came the 3rd day and said we'd get a discount from the host and that the elevator would be fixed - neither of which occurred - the elevator was non-functional for our whole stay and no one has followed up with me on the discount. I would appreciate a follow-up and a partial refund from the property group when possible.

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It all started when we contacted the Rental company Burr White. We were treated wonderfully by Summer from beginning to end. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. My 85 year old mom even got to enjoy since there was an elevator. We travel all over and actually have a travel vlog so we will be uploading the additional photos and videos we have. The property is centrally located to all of the fun places for drinks, food and a good time! We also had a private chef come and cook us dinner on the rooftop deck. We will be back next summer for a week. Don't miss out on this property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property itself was awesome and well furnished. Property managers were prompt as well. Bad part was the area is really rough. The first morning we had cops come over asking for video footage as the neighbors house had a burglary. Second nights also more cops next door. Tons of vagrants , homeless and kids partying until 2am on the beach so very sketchy and loud. We did not feel safe at the property. There is an alarm system but when asked to be able to use it we were toldNo and we couldn’t have the code. So that is the reason I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was staying with my children and they were scared due to the cops coming over and the break in.
