Our house is located in a village 15 minutes from Chambéry, at an altitude of 650 metres, with unobstructed views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. It offers a spacious, peaceful, and privileged setting. There is a large garden with a badminton court. The house has 5 bedrooms on 2 floors and a large, recently built terrace with panoramic views. Shops and a large shopping centre are a 10-minute drive away in Bassens (a car is necessary). The village of Verel is 25 minutes from the lakes of Aix-les-Bains and Aiguebelette, 45 minutes from the heart of the Bauges and Chartreuse mountain ranges, and an hour from the major mountain ranges. Hiking and mountain biking trails start from the house and lead to beautiful viewpoints overlooking Lake Bourget. Many varied activities nearby. There are 2 friendly cats, used to guests.
