Your Beachfront Oasis Awaits!

This Newly Renovated (completed Feb 2021) Gulf front beach condo is on the first floor with views of the Gulf and the pool from your unit/balcony. Fully equipped. Parking located on the ground level - first come, first serve. NO public parking on premises.

Miles of fine white sand welcome you for walks/runs on the beach. Your vacation at Emerald Surf will be a relaxing, recharging stay at the beach. This first level 2BR/2Bath unit with fabulous view of the Gulf and the pool is nicely furnished throughout. It includes a king master bedroom which also has a balcony with brilliant Gulf/pool views. The queen bedroom has views to the bay. You will also find the living room balcony the perfect place to spend peaceful mornings and evenings listening to the crashing waves while watching for dolphins and pelicans. The kitchen is fully appointed and open to the living/dining room. An 'in unit' washer/dryer are newly installed in 2018.

Photos show some of our amazing upgrades which include: new flooring throughout, granite countertops (kitchen, bath, bar), both bathrooms remodeled, ceiling fans in bedrooms, new larger Roku TV in living room, paint, crown molding, new curtains and more! We know you will love your stay in Navarre Beach.

Our family has vacationed in Navarre for several years now and we love the Emerald Surf condos. It's right on the beach, my kids loved the pool and all the amenities you need are near by but the location is quiet. The property is well maintained and the whole process of booking this unit was very easy from reservation to check out!

My family and I just completed a vacation to Navarre this month (October 2012). My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and on our last night in Navarre, a lovely couple was married on the beach near this sandy heart (see above) at sunset. After their vows, they walked down the beach into the sunset. Of course, we asked their permission before our photo opportunity with their beautiful creation.

We have been vacationing in Florida for as long as I can remember. The drives down from Illinois with me and my sister in the back seat were likely quite trying on the patience of our parents, but they are some of the best memories of our regular treks to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. While we have visited many other areas of Florida over the years, Navarre is by far our favorite. Its small town feel, quiet atmosphere and location to many area attractions makes it a perfect getaway choice for us.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we wanted a property where we would want to stay for our own vacations. Our location is a smaller building with less than 50 units which makes it a bit more quiet and less crowded much of the year. Why should you choose this property? ...because we will provide you with a personal connection from first contact. During your stay, we also have a very attentive crew based in Navarre who are quick to respond if there is an issue of any kind requiring their attention.
