There were 11 of us that stayed at this property for the weekend (6 Adults and 5 Children). There was plenty of room for all of us. The host and owners were very responsive to messages that we sent them. If we are looking for a place to stay in this area in the future we would stay here again.

Great stay

The location of the site was great! Within minutes of me sending a message about the house I got an immediate response. The house was clean, and was exactly as shown in pictures. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

It was a pleasure dealing with our host and we were very satisfied with how spacious and roomy the property was for a large family. However the fact that there was no air conditioning on the main floor and in the basement made it very difficult to enjoy. It was clearly stated that only the upstairs bedrooms had ac but didn't realize that the rest of the house would be unbearably hot. I was under the impression that there would be sufficient fans, ventilation etc. for NH warm summers. I would suggest that the host invest in proper ventilation for summer guests to enjoy their stay as well. The cleanliness was also not as expected. The kitchen really had not been cleaned thoroughly including the fridge and freezer. We had trusted Vrbo's standards for cleanliness and were disappointed. The rest of the house was cleaned on a surface level just didn't have that fresh feel when you check into a vacation rental. The bathrooms were clean. Lastly we had an infestation of ants in the kitchen which we had to deal with. All in all, we think our hosts were great and helpful but would've loved a higher standard in cleanliness and ac or sufficient ceiling fans to be able to enjoy summer days comfortably.

Terrible

After getting confirmation to slope side rental. Purchased lift tickets for family and friends over $100 per day. The morning of the day to travel the owner canceled the reservation. Terrible!!!
