IT HAS A LARGE FAMILY ROOM WITH WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE AND A WET BAR, AN EIK AND A SEPARATE DINING ROOM; A SPACIOUS WRAP-AROUND SECOND STORY DECK WITH A WEBER GRILL AND AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE FAMOUS "LOBSTER ROLL" RESTAURANT ("LUNCH") IS A 4-MINUTE WALK AWAY.

THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, AS IT WAS FOR US, THE OWNERS, FOR 35 WONDERFUL YEARS.
