Hurricane Isaias threw a wrench into our long planned trip to 30A and were left scrambling to find a place to spend our week. Stumbled upon this one and what a blessing it was! Beautiful home with so much character and personality, fully stocked, clean, comfortable and in an incredible location. The nearby beach was pristine and restaurants and shops surrounding were abundant. Took a day and explored St. Augustine which was a treat. Our kids are older teens so we didn’t really take advantage of the little pool but commented several times how much they would’ve enjoyed it when they were younger. Very family friendly!! Highly, highly recommend.

Fabulous house near beach

Loved our stay! Creative layout with multiple areas for gathering and precious family time. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms as well. Kids and adults had so much fun in the “pool@ our back as well as many meals enjoyed at outdoor table! Would love to stay again!!

We visited Jacksonville for a wedding. Family members, party of 7 were comfortable in this well equipped , single story home with all the amenities! Amazing House

The house is beautiful and the location is 3 to 4 blocks to beach and many eateries are close. We had 11 people comfortably stay in the home. The description of the house was spot on and my family created so many memories. The hosts were fantastic giving us many suggestions for activities.

The Charleston exceeded our expectations! The house was perfectly clean, with a convenient walking distance to a coffee shop and a short drive from the excellent restaurants in Jax Beach. Great Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect! A group of us rented the house for a weekend getaway. The bedrooms were great to give people privacy, but the outdoor area and living room were perfect for bringing everyone together. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels which were helpful for our rainy weekend. Shaun and Angie were very responsive and helpful through the entire stay.
