Relaxing Off Season Vacay

House was steps from the beach and met all of our expectations. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores with easy access to towns both north and south.

Great location

Great location and great house. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were some things lacking; the tv remotes either didn't work or needed batteries, the fridge wouldn't dispense water, the kitchen sink didn't drain very well, cleanliness was lacking, yard was pretty nasty. The house could use a little TLC

Thank you for your feedback. We did have an issue with the fridge water dispenser and icemaker that has been resolved, as well as routine yard maintenance and cleaning. This home did have all new flooring installed and fresh paint this season, and while there will always be a "to do" list, we are pleased to report the upkeep will be ongoing as we move along. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay and we hope to have you back again.

Coastal kept a text line to keep us on top of all the latest weather updates. We had a hurricane go by our coast. They let us come in a day early for a discount. My family loved the house. Very clean, open, bright, with a beautiful view. Kids loved the pool table and the theater on their games. I very much enjoyed this trip.

Family vacation

It was a great out for our 3 family and kids. The location was great. Walked to the beach, the kids loved the ice cream place right next store and the pool table. The only recommendation I would have would be to has some beach equipment or, chairs, and a cart. We traveled from Michigan so it was had to bring all that stuff. Other than than great spot !

Great location, clean house. Only complaints that we did not address with the company as they weren’t that big of a deal for us: shower on 2nd floor had water pressure and temperature issues and top floor bedroom stayed on the warmer side. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Nice layout, convenient location, and we were very pleased with our overall experience.

The Annual Family Retreat

My family gets together for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year and we’ve stayed in the Outer Banks for the last three years. This was our favorite property to date. The space is more than adequate and the elevator is a tremendous help as we are getting older. I’d advise you to bring your own towels and washcloths, unless you want to use the supplied ones for the entire week. The furnishings in this rental were generally IKEA-ish and some were in need of an update. The same goes for the pots, pans and utensils. Everything was there, but much was in need of updating or replacing. Very short walk to the beach!

Nice and comfortable

The house is in a great location, and it's quiet and peaceful with good amenities (pool, hot tub, elevator, game room) . We had some issues upon check-in that were quickly resolved by a very pleasant worker. The mgmt company is on point with communication. Main issues were the dog friendly part (I've had a dog, so I get it) because it took over an hour of cleaning/ vacuuming to get the sofas clean enough to sit on. Few suggestions- better lighting and updates to theatre room. Working night lights in each bathroom. Bring your own beach stuff as no chairs, etc are provided.

Family vacation

Great house, spacious and comfortable. We had some minor tv issues but the property manager came quickly and resolved everything. Would recommend this home to others.
