We have stayed here before and would stay here again in the future without hesitation. Very clean, very well kept and very enjoyable! Highly recommend!
This is an awesome place with everything you need for a perfect family vacation. The hosts are very attentive and accommodating. This is a place I have saved in my favorites list!
Kevin was amazing. I incorrectly booked for one night only but Kevin went above and beyond to add an additional day for us after we arrived a day early. The best part was that Kevin was super patient and calm through the whole process. Thank you Kevin
This little gem was amazing! The owners have thought of everything that a guest could possibly need and have it on hand. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The owners gave us very clear instructions on check in/check out and provided local information as well. We were in town for a junior golf tournament and this will be our go to cottage for years to come for this event!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and it fits our needs perfectly.
This was our 3rd time staying at the Pelican Cottage. My kids ( 9/11 ) love the cornhole boards, the mini golf, and the ring toss games. The cottage is always clean and well stocked. We love the close proximity to Shell Point and the beaches. 10/10 and will be staying there again on our next trip to town.
It was the perfect size and location for our fishing trip. It was clean and comfortable. Great amenities. Communication was prompt and helpful. We will be back to check out the area more.

About the host
Hosted by Kevin and Rena
We love the Forgotten Coast, and spend most of our staycations between St. Marks, Crawfordville, and Apalachicola, doing everything from fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, wind-surfing, canoeing, paddle-boarding, antiquing, and of course working to fuel our passions. I'm always up for coffee, family, & friends. I love providing a unique, cozy, friendly, & convenient space for folks to enjoy. The property is perfectly imperfect, and we're continually improving for our guests. We love sharing this unique piece of history in historic Crawfordville.
Why they chose this property
The location is unique in that the property is nestled in the heart of Crawfordville. When the church lights are on behind us it's beautiful seeing the stained glass lit up, as well as the church steeple, and the historic Chamber of Commerce building (which is amazing at sunset, and has a mullet on the steeple). Crawfordville, Tallahassee, and the Forgotten Coast provide unique adventures with something for everyone. We love providing an enjoyable experience for for our guests. Please enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard, and be sure to walk to the original courthouse and original jail (museum with a night time jailer visible in the upstairs window after dark).
What makes this property unique
5 High Drive is unique in it's location close to Tallahassee, Woodville, Wakulla Springs, St. Marks, Shell Point, Panacea, Sopchoppy, Alligator Point, Medart, Carrabelle, St. George Island, and Apalachicola. It's an affordable option for vacationers who appreciate the downtown location, and who want to visit the many attractions all around the area and the Forgotten Coast. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions. We look forward to having you as our guest.
