Great spot, super clean, spacious with the down stairs basement set up. Fully stocked kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Close to campus and downtown a lot of great amenities nearby on North Atherton Street. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
The host made our stay convenient. The house and accommodations provided made our stay comfortable. The house was in excellent condition. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was only one complaint and that was the toilet paper in the bathroom upstairs was at the end of the roll when we arrived and we had to buy more to have enough for the weekend. It wasn’t a huge problem and didn’t ruin our stay by any means.
This property is pleasant, not cluttered, and in a quiet area. No qualms with our stay. Our kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and hockey equipment in the basement, too.
This is our second year staying at this location and again it has not disappointed. The house was very clean and ready for us when we got there. It is close to all locations in Penn State. We will be staying there again.
We had a great stay on a football weekend. This bungalow is very clean as the name implies, and its location on the edge of town made it very convenient to get downtown and to get to Beaver Stadium. It is close to multiple grocery stores, Target, Walmart, and gas stations so very easy to purchase tailgating supplies and store in the full-sized refrigerator in the kitchen. The rooms were very comfortable, plenty of bedding supplies, and a cozy living room with TV on the main floor. The basement was the fun room with another TV, ping pong table, and another area that had various sports equipment including a soccer/hockey goal (with hockey sticks) that I wish I had more time to enjoy! The host was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating to my asks. We will definitely look to stay here when we return for future football games and for graduation!
Clean and Comfy HouseWe enjoyed the stay at your vacation rental. The location was very convenient, and we loved walking the trails through the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and the ping pong table was a great surprise! We really enjoyed playing.
Perfect for Penn State weekends, easy access to I-99 & 322, a short drive from Stadium parking, and at the end of North Atherton St in a quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely stay again for upcoming visits.
We were attending a wedding at State College and this place was our "home away from home". It was very comfortable and convenient for getting around town. The neighborhood is quiet. It is also close to restaurants and a Wegmann's.
The house was just as advertised. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. The ping pong table in the lower level was a bonus for some family fun!
This home was clean, well-supplied and made for a very comfortable stay. The location was convenient to campus and any shopping or eatery we would've wanted. Janet was very responsive to questions I had before arrival. We've already planned our next visit!

The house is just as pictured. Close to everything that we needed. Had a ping-pong table and a little rec room in the basement. That was an added surprise. Would definitely stay again.
