Parties and any other activities that violate the Neighborhood Code of Conduct are NOT permitted. One-bedroom apartment with a renovated bathroom, open-plan kitchen, and living room with a terrace. Third floor with elevator. Located on the second line from the Hotel Gijón in the southern area near the Port. Complex with swimming pool. Maximum occupancy: 4 people (two adults and two children) or 3 adults. The price includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and hand and bath towels. Pets are allowed with a €30 supplement. Parking is not available.
Optional services payable on site and booked before arrival:

- Pet supplement: €30 per stay
