1mile to Disneyland family friendly House with a pool, hot tub, and game room

A world of fun is in store at this kid-friendly home with a game room, bunk beds, and a pool. Fire up the BBQ grill and serve dinner at a table for nine under a vaulted wood ceiling amid country décor. End the day with a soothing dip in the hot tub. The home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood steps away from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Southern California beaches, Los Angeles, and other parks are all a car ride away.

Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times. Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temp.

Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees.
81°-85° $30 day.
85°-90° $50 day.
90°+ $70 day.

Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):
Up to 80° degrees $30 day.
81°-85° $50 day.
85°-90° $70 day.
90°+ $100 day.

Excellent property with an excellent host. Kitchen was very well stocked and there are plenty of extras (ie: strollers) for Disney and the pool. The house is 20 minute walk to security check in and then it's around 10-15 minutes from there to Disney gates. Great spot for anyone planning to do Disney.

A terrific stay! I’ve had mixed experiences with my last few rentals but Eric’s place reminded me how great VRBO can be. The kitchen was stocked well, communication was detailed and clear, and everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub was lovely on our day off from Disneyland. He stocks it with fun pool gear and has great laundry on site. Would stay again 100%!

We loved staying at this house!!!Lovely neighborhood, one of the best equipped, homes I've ever stayed in, with plenty of space, terrific pool and hot tub. Lots of things to do with games in the playroom! Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed. The location was terrific, We could walk to the Disney Parks or a very short drive to parking!!! My granddaughter loved the decorated kid's room and there was even a special kids towel for her to use!!! What a great place for us and it helped us have the best time ever!! It had everything you could ask for in a vacation home!!We hope to stay there again for our next Disney trip!!! Thank you, Eric !

This house has everything that you could ask for and more. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials including great coffee, tea, and hot cocoa options. There were fans available for every bedroom and lots of outlets and storage space. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the garage was well stocked with items to use on the pool and take to the beach. We walked to Disney one day, it was really close. We were able to see the fireworks each night from the front of the house which was really cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely amazing. Very clean, well kept and inviting. The amount of amenities provided was incredible and super considerate and did nothing but make our stay even better. The only bad thing was having to check out, my family didn’t want to leave. 5 stars for sure!

This was a well-appointed, beautiful house. We appreciated the labels in the kitchen. It really made it easy to navigate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of linens available. It felt very secure and was very clean. We loved the pool, hot tub and game room and would definitely go back again! Eric, thank you so much!

Awesome place to stay

The house was the perfect rental, had everything needed for a great week. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of beds for a large family. Within a mile to Disneyland, we took an Uber, which cost about 6 plus tip in the morning and 10 plus tip in the evening. I would 100% rent again from Eric, he was very receptive and accommodating.

Wow! What a beautiful home! It was fully stocked, clean, and spacious. We stayed for Disney with 5 kids and everyone had space, their own bed, and the game room was perfect place. Us parents chilled in the Hot tub after a long day of walking at Disney that is only a7 min drive away!

Great Disneyland trip!

Place is great. Eric provides everything - Keurig coffee, to go cups/stirrers/saran wrap etc. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and game room. Fireworks visible from the front of the house. Hope to stay again!

Perfect family home for Disney vacation

We had a wonderful time at Eric’s property. The house was immaculate and provided everything we needed and more. There was 7 of us staying there (4 adults, 3 young children) and there was more than enough space. The pool heated up nicely and there was lots of toys for the kids to play with. The location was perfect for Disneyland day trips - less than 10 minutes to Downtown Disney and to the Toy Story lot. Highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a family vacation!

Great location. Very clean and felt very welcome with all the extras(k cups, welcome treats, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, floaties). There was a high chair, stroller and pack and play for my grand daughter
