The view of the big thompson river was fabulous! We loved sitting outside listening to the river. Saw a herd of deer right outside crossing thd river and grazing in the properties yard. The house was beautifully decorated slightly soiled couch and some wrappers under bed in basement and under couch cushions.Met our families needs and many great memories were made.

Fantastic Home
Great place right on the river. 5 minutes to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Close to a gas station/liquor store and close to good restaurants without having to go into Estes Park. Room to park 4 cars. Will stay here again on our next trip to RMNP.
