Our stay at Hip Nautical was fantastic! Decor was so great - we loved it, and enjoyed it so much! Karen was very gracious to let us check in early, so we were able to enjoy the beach right away. So much to do, but it was always awesome to come back to our adorable little treasure of a place! Would definitely recommend!!

The room was extremely clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, just like being at home. The beach and the market were very close, and we were able to walk there easily. We didn’t use the pool at all because it felt a little too small for the number of guests staying there.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend visiting this place. If you’re planning a trip here, I highly recommend staying at Villas by the Sea!

Property was lovely, right across from the beach. They provided beach chairs and a cooler, towels, check in was easy. I will say the amount of beds was misleading; there's only one bed/bedroom, not a queen and then a double bed. Other than that it was lovely.

Perfect location! Just all around wonderful we stayed with our 6 year old and 2 year old and the pool at night was perfect or when the winter old napped and walkable to anything you need! Beautiful unit and wonderful host!

We had the most amazing few days here. The property is super close to everything and one block from the beach. It is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be looking into staying here again only this time we will take a longer trip!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. We loved everything about it! The place is clean, well-organized, and neatly decorated! The convenience of being steps from the beach and shops made our experience one we will never forget. Karen was very sweet and provided us with a binder of recommendations on the island. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Also, the pool was right outside our back door and was never crowded. We plan to return and stay again in the future!

The place was ADORABLE and well set up with supplies. Bed was quite comfortable and shower terrific water pressure too. Location couldn’t have been better. Minutes from beach, restaurants and entertaining bars and crowds, but set on a quiet street away from Gulf Boulevard traffic.
