Great location. Condo was nice but the air conditioner was loud and rattled when came on though I did appreciate that and cranking it on when the neighbors were loud at 1 in the morning.

Our stay at Hip Nautical was fantastic! Decor was so great - we loved it, and enjoyed it so much! Karen was very gracious to let us check in early, so we were able to enjoy the beach right away. So much to do, but it was always awesome to come back to our adorable little treasure of a place! Would definitely recommend!!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient is how to best describe this small, lovely unit. Just steps from the beach, Karen went out of her way to accommodate. The unit has a very comfy bed, high end bath towels and all the amenities needed if you want to cook. The only drawback was that the air conditioner is rather loud. Of the two beach chairs, one was actually a small, fold-out sitting chair, not very conducive for a day at the coast. Karen was notified and quickly ordered a new one. It just arrived too late for us to enjoy, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The room was extremely clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, just like being at home. The beach and the market were very close, and we were able to walk there easily. We didn’t use the pool at all because it felt a little too small for the number of guests staying there.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend visiting this place. If you’re planning a trip here, I highly recommend staying at Villas by the Sea!

Property was lovely, right across from the beach. They provided beach chairs and a cooler, towels, check in was easy. I will say the amount of beds was misleading; there's only one bed/bedroom, not a queen and then a double bed. Other than that it was lovely.

Perfect location! Just all around wonderful we stayed with our 6 year old and 2 year old and the pool at night was perfect or when the winter old napped and walkable to anything you need! Beautiful unit and wonderful host!

We had the most amazing few days here. The property is super close to everything and one block from the beach. It is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be looking into staying here again only this time we will take a longer trip!
