New from Aug. 2019 German TV, cottage for 6 pers. in Venice,

Our house was completed in August 2018 and we are pleased to introduce our new building. The house is 184 m², has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and the master bath additionally has a bath. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in light, warm tones. The living room has a 55 "Smart TV, guest room and the Master Bedroom are equipped with 43" TV's. New from August 2019: German TV program available!

From the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, you have the opportunity to jump through the sliding door into the pool. The pool deck is over 100 square meters large, has a covered terrace (16 square meters) and has a cage, which ensures that small animals and insects do not bother them.

The pool deck area invites you to sit, eat, grill, swim and relax together, the pool has a size of 10 × 2.6 meters .. In addition, this still has a shallow area where you can relax or for small children (only under supervision) is particularly well suited.

The two guest rooms are also equipped with king size beds.

Your in-house amenities are taken care of, meaning you can look forward to a completely refurbished house. From the bed linen, to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen with a central kitchen block and a utility room with washer and dryer. In addition, utensils are available for a beautiful beach visit, such. B. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cool box, etc ....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve ever rented. The pool was fantastic for our family. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful new home

We stayed here for four nights, the house is beautiful and clean. The layout is perfect with the master suite on one end of the house and the other two bedrooms, with their own bathroom, on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. I highly recommend this house!!

Good location

We made our reservation at the last minute, to attend a family event. Karin's home was modern and clean, included all necessary conveniences, and (most importantly to us) centrally located in southwest FL so that we could easily visit family members from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. We would definitely consider staying here again during an actual vacation, as the property is also near great beaches, good fishing, and downtown Venice.

Venice Happy Place

Loved this house and everything about it! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to beaches, golf, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor space is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were "home." Karin was so easy to work with and ready to answer my questions. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

First time staying in Venice

This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable and well equipped. 2 bedrooms and a bath on complete opposite ends of the house from the Master. The wrap around pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The owner and Property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had. Best of all this property is only 3 miles from the beach!! Looking forward to a return trip next year.

Great place to stay in Venice

We enjoyed our time in Venice at this home. It was spacious and well-maintained with a generous-sized kitchen. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of areas for walking and biking.The pool and lanai area were the best part of the stay and we made use of that area everyday! The only downsides were the living room/TV area has just one couch and it was rather uncomfortable for four people trying to watch a movie in the evening. The grill was dirty so we ended up not using it. Also, for some reason hand towels were folded and put away in the linen closets wet- not just a little damp but actually wet! Glad we discovered this before they had a chance to become moldy. Overall a great experience though!

We enjoyed our stay but the area had limitations

We enjoyed our stay very much. Home was well managed and furnished. Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. It was nice to be provided a beach umbrella. A couple of times - pool is not in sun until early afternoon. The third bedroom does not have a TV. A few kitchen items were missing such as a second oven mitt and a cookie type sheet. Seating in main room was a bit sparse. We were disappointed to have funds withheld from deposit for cleaning, in 10 years of spring break rentals this has not happened. While very nice bikes are provided, we were not comfortable riding or running throughout the area as there were no sidewalks and cars tended to drive quite fast.

Perfect Get-A-Way

This property (home) was amazing! Just a short drive through the neighborhood and bam you were at the beach. Bikes, toys, coolers etc… everything you could possible need or want was available to us. It may sound crazy but the laundry room was to die for! The pool was the perfect ending to our days at the beach. The only downside for us the beds are super firm and we aren’t accustom to that. But we will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to the West Coast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Perfect!!!

This was a perfect house to stay at with our kids ages 4 & 8. They swam in the pool every chance they could when we weren’t at the beaches. The neighborhood is safe and we even used the bikes provided by the owners. Very nice getaway from Chicago for spring break! Hope to book again next year or sooner!!

VILLA THE PLACE IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN VENICE FL

We had a fantastic stay! South Venice, where there are a lot of new homes being built, Villa The Place is one of the nicest and newer homes. The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio with a large dining table, many chairs and umbrellas, etc., extra large pool, outdoor grill, three large screen TV's, there will not be a better place to stay in the Venice/Sarasota area. We are already hoping to return next year after our two months here.

Beautiful home

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was very clean and it came with everything we could possibly need. Karin was extremely accommodating and kind during our entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this property.
