Location was great. Wanted to be close to moody for a concert. Vibes were good. Room was clean. View was good also. Only draw back was being next to the high way.

The Best Vacation Ever

OMG! The staff and valet at Natiivo is absolutely Amazing from the room was in emasculate condition, so clean, smelled great!!! The pool was perfect with the best view of Austin’s downtown hands down!!!! I’ve officially found my new sanctuary and place of peace Natiivo thank you for this wonderful experience I’ll definitely be coming back

The Natiivo building is conveniently located near Rainey Street. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Valet parking was fine but expensive. The unit needs some attention for issues - the shower leaks and there is a terrible smell. The smell hits you when you walk in and is either from plumbing traps drying out or problematic venting. Toilet smells leak into the entryway.

It was freezing when we arrived in the unit! There was dirty linen left for the sofa bed - I sent pics & info to Vacasa also (didn't appreciate that at all - this is my FAMILY!). The linen in the bedroom wasn't clean either - make up on pillowcases and a smell on it all! Whoever cleans left a water bottle on the bench at the dinette also (not appreciated - since I had a child & dogs there). Other than that it was good. I do apologize, I put the dishes used & the finish in the dishwasher prior to checking out, but forgot to start it. Location was perfect - we were there for graduation for UofT!

An Enjoyable Stay at Natiivo Austin

Overall, we had a fine experience at Natiivo Austin. The location is great, and the condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-kitted out. The unit has modern appliances, including an oversize washer and dryer, and a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. While we didn't cook in the unit, it is well equipped to prepare full meals. There is a supply of coffee, sweetener and creamer, as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bedroom has ample storage to unpack. The building offers a gym, a pool and a lobby coffee bar that doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening. The Rainey Street District neighborhood boasts multiple bars and restaurants, as well as a small grocery store less than a two-block walk. I'd definitely stay here again on a return visit to Austin. There are a few small negatives. The condo faces a busy highway, so even on the 22nd floor the noise is noticeable. While the bed is comfortable, the thick, hard pillows are equally uncomfortable. The unit needs hooks on the back of the bathroom doors or the bathroom walls for hanging damp towels, and the bedroom needs an overhead light. Finally, no Kleenex in the bathroom is a big miss.
