Enjoy with your family this quiet house, in the countryside of La Boussac, 17 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 30 minutes from St Malo!

Large stone farmhouse, with blue windows! It is divided into two completely independent parts and we live in the back part.
Parking for 5 spaces just in front, free.
Large terrace with garden furniture, a large table with benches, a barbecue.
Outdoor games available!
You will also have access to the garden which is shared but large enough for everyone to have their own space!

It comprises:
On the first floor, an equipped kitchen open to a living room (lounge area around a pellet stove and dining area with a large farmhouse table), a laundry room, a toilet.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms with a double bed, a large bedroom with a trundle bed and a bunk bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, 2 bathrooms/shower.
Baby cot, changing table, high chair and deckchair.
