Checks all the boxes!

The house is lovely and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the master mattress was the best one we had in 8 years of visits to Marco Island. There was 1 working adult bicycle that I enjoyed. There were little tykes bikes for the 3 yr olds that they liked. There were beach toys, a wagon (!) umbrellas, chairs, and plenty of towels that made going to the beach very easy! The walk to the beach was very close and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet especially at night. One day there was some noise from neighboring homes from leaf blowers or mowers going on. Cooking was easy and the toaster oven was a real plus. We had plenty of dishes for the 6 adults. We did not lack any kitchen tools. The kitchen is lovely and open concept. When in the living room our family could be all together! The bathrooms were lovely and super clean with plenty of towels. The shade system on the windows was useful as it kept little ones away from the doors going to the pool. There is a pool alarm system at night on the doors in case you have curious kids who may wander. We did not have to use the alarm since our kids were very small. The pool and hot tub can be heated if you text the owner or arrange a preset heating schedule. But there is an extra daily charge for that. Had 2 car garage and the driveway fit 2 SUVs easily keeping the cars off the sidewalk. We had a great time! Would love to stay again!

Great House / Great Location

We stayed at the property over New Year's and really enjoyed the location of the house - close to the beach and our favorite restaurants on the southern end of the island. Well equipped house that matched the photos. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and perfect for a family. Very short walk distance to the best part of the beach. Very good communication with the owner. I recommend this property for a beautifully vacation.

Breathtaking

From the ease of booking to our stay it was amazing! Clean, organized… 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms screened in pool with an outdoor tv. Close walk to the beach.
